NEC Graph-fix Ltd is humbled to announce that we are now working directly with NHS Trusts to supply them with our medical/face visors. An incredible 150,000 visors will be provided!

We designed the visors just last week after watching the nightly news regarding a shortage of protection against COVID-19 for medical professionals. The visors were prototyped the next day and approved by NHS Trusts the day after that. Brilliant!

Orders are coming in thick and fast and our production team is working flat-out to produce more!

Luceco Showroom Refurbishment

We were so proud to provide our graphic design & print services to internationally renowned Luceco in February. Needing a new lease on life, they requested a significant refurbishment for their showroom. NEC Graph-Fix was, of course, happy to deliver! Please have a look at what we did for Luceco – we think the showroom looks top notch.

The Luceco Showroom installation got us thinking – it is so easy for people to shop online and get what they need. On the other hand, there are a lot of product and service providers who do not sell online and rely on the customer experience in-store or in a showroom.

We have come up with three characteristics we think are essential for every showroom or retail space. If you are considering updating your space, we hope you will find these tips useful:

Communicate your business identity/corporate branding – firstly, the brand identity should be consistent. By that, we mean the same logo, same font, the look and tone of all marketing material in and out of the showroom should be the same. In doing so, you are ensuring that each potential customer has the same emotion each time they see or hear about your brand. Remember, there will be so much for your customers to look at, so don’t allow your brand identity to get lost!

Organisation & Flow – Your showroom should direct customers according to their needs, so the number one tip here is clear signage and graphics, of course! The second must be placement – at no point do you want your customer to feel confused.

Educate – Ultimately, you want your customers to feel in control. Your showroom displays should focus on educating the customer on what you are offering. Ensure product descriptions are printed clearly and are focused on all the features and benefits of your product or service. If done correctly, these educational displays will also become a positive aspect of your staff’s ability to provide knowledgeable and nurturing customer service. Win, win!

Keeping the above in mind when creating or updating your showroom, ensures your company will stand out from the crowd, and your customers will appreciate it! Remember, the goals are to provide a positive customer experience first and foremost but also to make sales and build revenue.
